Psychological Therapy and Counselling
Therapy is offered on an open-ended or short-term basis, and can be completed face-to-face, over the telephone or via Zoom and FaceTime.
Using a fully confidential, caring, and non-judgemental approach, therapy provides space to explore your struggles, thoughts, emotions, and goals for the future. Sessions are 50 minutes long, held at a pre-agreed frequency and location in Market Harborough, with home visits available when needed.
