Fees

Diagnostic assessment fees:

A full diagnostic assessment, which may lead to a diagnosis depending on the individual case (this may follow an initial screening assessment depending on the outcome) will take approximately seven or more hours to complete including administration and report/letter writing. To make costing simpler, the prices are detailed below with Autism and ADHD assessment package prices:

Assessment fees:

Initial Neurodevelopmental Screening Assessment including consideration of Autism and/or ADHD - (fixed fee) £224 (there may be a further charge of £20 for every additional 10 minutes over the 90 minute duration)
Initial Therapy Assessment Screening appointment lasting up to 80 minutes - £120. For a summary letter following the therapy screening, this will be an additional £100.

Standard pathway Adult Autism Assessment (16 years +) with comprehensive outcome report – £885

(ASD assessment cost including screening = £1,109)

Enhanced pathway Adult Autism Assessment (16 yrs +) including ADOS assessment and comprehensive outcome report – £1,370 (including screening cost = £1,594)

Full Adult ADHD Assessment (16 yrs +) with long comprehensive outcome report – £800 (ADHD assessment cost including screening = £1024)

Combined Adult Autism and ADHD Assessment – standard pathway (16 yrs +) with long comprehensive outcome report – £1,600 (Combined assessment cost including screening = £1,824)

Combined Adult Autism and ADHD Assessment – enhanced pathway (16 yrs +) with long comprehensive outcome report – £2,100 (Combined assessment cost including screening = £2,324)

Psychological therapy individual sessions per ‘therapeutic’ hour (50 minutes) £120
Couples therapy sessions per 80 minute session £150

Travel incurred related to appointments per hour £50
Late cancellation fees per hour if cancelled with less than 48 hours before the appointment – £60. There will be a full rate charge if cancelled less than 24 hours before.
If a full assessment is cancelled within 24 hours, then a standard fee of £240 will be charged due to preparation work undertaken prior to meeting.
Any follow-up sessional work per hour £120
Basic letters such as diagnosis confirmation letters £65

CST Payment Information:

Payments can be made in cash, debit and credit cards, or by bank transfer. Payment must be made at least 24 hours before the start of each appointment.
